In many languages, the words for spirit and breath are the same, or share the same etymology. In Latin, “spiritus’ means breath, and to “inspire” is to have an idea literally “breathed” into you. The breath, when practiced consciously, and with intention, is incredibly powerful and healing medicine. All true medicine leads to an opening of the heart.

Sonic neural breathwork is designed to dissolve the thinking mind and allow the intuitive mind/body to begin to heal naturally and effortlessly. Breath medicine allows for clearing of trauma, releases emotions and thought patterns, boosts immunity, cleanses blood and enhances mood, Additionally, being held in this sacred container, while breathing deeply, provides a transcendental experience and may even lead to psychedelic states. This is an opportunity to practice the art of surrendering more fully than you previously thought possible.

On your breath medicine journey, you will be held in a safe, loving, supportive and trauma-informed container. You will also receive (with consent) hands-on energy healing to facilitate movement of energy and a deep sense of safety. We will also provide some drumming and live instruments to accompany our powerful breath medicine soundtrack.

A note on the astrology; our ceremony occurs just one day after the new moon in Cancer (the mother), so we will still be in the dark moon portal. This new moon is sandwiched between a rare 2 full moons in Capricorn (the father). This provides an opportune portal for us to shed outmoded beliefs and emotional baggage that have been sabotaging our progress. Ascending to the next level of ourselves and manifesting intentions we have set, requires us to clear, purge, and transmute anything that may be coming up for you that hasn’t been dealt with.
